"Lessons for a Safe Lift". 2006. Provides safe lifting and back safety tips with illustrations. For faculty and staff. (brochure) 

"The Most Dangerous Activity at DPS...Walking". 2007. Discusses the hazards of walking and how to avoid injury. For faculty and staff. (brochure)

"Play Cool at School: A Playground Safety Curriculum". 2007. This updated version includes lesson plans, transparency masters and activity sheets for teaching playground safety rules. Each school received a set of 50 colorful posters. Bilingual materials.  For K-3 teachers and PE teachers. (pocket folder)

"Playground Safety: Procedures". Revised 2004. Offers tips for supervising children on the playground. For playground supervisors. (booklet)

"Risk Management: It's More Than Responsibility". 1999. Describes Risk Management and the responsibilities of DPS employees in protecting DPS property and preventing accidents. For faculty and staff. (brochure)

"Severe Weather and Tornadoes". 2004. Provides safety tips on what to do in the event of severe weather. For Faculty, staff and parents.
