What is the Risk Management Department?The Risk Management Department administers and processes claims filed against the District. This includes workers' compensation, liability, property and automobile liability. In addition, risk management is concerned with preventing losses through training, orientations, and work site interventions.The Risk Management Department maintains a district-wide data base on all incidents and accidents that are reported. The Risk Management Department manages the various property and casualty insurance programs within the District.
