Reporting School/Site Incidents (Safety and Security)
The following incidents shall be reported in writing on the School/Site Incident Report form and submitted by Fax or email to DPS Safety and Security within 24 hours of the incident:
- Injuries to students and staff
- All weapon related incidents
- All assaults by students or others on another student or staff member
- All incidents where students are arrested on school property
- Malicious damages to District property (fire, graffiti, etc.)
- Losses of district property
- All sexually related incidents
- Any incident that an administrator wants documented for future reference
