Safe Routes to School 2009-10
This year DPS Risk Management, in partnership with the Denver Osteopathic Foundation, is conducting Safe Routes to School programs at Columbian, Cory and Harrington elementary schools and Merrill Middle School. Grant funding for the program is provided by the Colorado Department of Transportation. The program includes:
- Pedestrian Safety education for grade ECE-2 students
- Skills on Wheels bicycle safety education for grade 3-5 students
- Vehicular Cycling bicyle safety education for grade 6-8 students
