Procedure for Requesting Copies of School Emergency Evacuation Route (Egress) Maps

  • Requests for copies of or changes to your school emergency evacuation route maps must be submitted using the DoTS Hotline Submission Form.
  • If a request is for a change to an existing map, Risk Management will be notified and will visit the school within 3 working days to approve the change.
